RETURNS 

All Collective Bike’s can be returned within 14 days from delivery. They must be unopened and in original packaging. For returns, please email us. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return for unwanted goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods outside of the EU. 

Please note – the above delivery times are as a guide only. Although we always aim to deliver within the given timeframe, there are instance where couriers let us down. Therefore Collective Bikes cannot be held liable for any loss/damages resulting from late delivery. For more information, please visit our terms and conditions page.
