RETURNS 

All Collective Bikes’ can be returned within 14 days from delivery. They must be unopened and in original packaging.

For EU returns, please send the bike back to: KWL European Warehouse and Logistics / Collective Bikes, Bamfordweg 1, 6235 NS Ulestraten, Netherlands.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return for unwanted goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. We are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods outside of the EU. Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Please note – the above delivery times are as a guide only. Although we always aim to deliver within the given timeframe, there are instances where couriers let us down. Therefore Collective Bikes cannot be held liable for any loss/damages resulting from late delivery. For more information, please visit our terms and conditions page.
